Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the butter and powdered monk fruit sweetener until creamy, then mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
Stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt until a scoopable dough forms.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold the chopped blackberries gently into the cream cheese mixture.
Scoop the cookie dough into 12 mounds and make a shallow well in each one.
Spoon a small amount of blackberry cream cheese into each well.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, then cool completely so the cheesecake centers set.
