  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • Pinch Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until completely smooth and free of lumps, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and sea salt to the bowl. Beat on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed and mix until the batter is rich, smooth, and uniform in color.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the dip is light, fluffy, and creamy in texture, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips gently with a spatula until they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately at room temperature with sliced strawberries, celery sticks, or keto cookies for dipping. The dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
