For the Brownies

  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 4 oz Sugar Free Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Allulose
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

For the Cookie Dough

  • 1/2 cup Softened Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Allulose
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk the melted butter, melted chocolate, powdered allulose, eggs, and vanilla until glossy. Fold in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Spread the brownie batter into the pan and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until just set. Cool completely in the pan.
  • Beat the softened butter with powdered allulose until fluffy and pale, about 2 minutes. Beat in the heavy cream and vanilla until smooth.
  • Mix in the almond flour and salt until a soft cookie dough forms, then fold in the sugar free chocolate chips.
  • Spread the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownies, pressing gently to create a smooth, thick layer.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up. Slice into squares for picture perfect layers of fudgy brownie and chunky cookie dough.
