Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Whisk the melted butter, melted chocolate, powdered allulose, eggs, and vanilla until glossy. Fold in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Spread the brownie batter into the pan and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until just set. Cool completely in the pan.
Beat the softened butter with powdered allulose until fluffy and pale, about 2 minutes. Beat in the heavy cream and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in the almond flour and salt until a soft cookie dough forms, then fold in the sugar free chocolate chips.
Spread the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownies, pressing gently to create a smooth, thick layer.
Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up. Slice into squares for picture perfect layers of fudgy brownie and chunky cookie dough.
