Pat the shrimp dry and toss with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Transfer to a plate.
Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining butter to the skillet. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 1 more minute.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
