- 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/3 cup Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 1/4 cup Granular Erythritol
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
Preheat your oven to 325F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, erythritol, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Add the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and sugar-free maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Stir until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms. If the dough feels too soft, refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness. Remove the top parchment and score the dough into rectangles about 2x3 inches. Poke each cracker a few times with a fork to create the classic graham cracker look.
Slide the parchment with the scored dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers look dry.
Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet without moving them. They will firm up and become perfectly snappy as they cool.
Once completely cool, break apart along the scored lines. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
