Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment.
Stir the topping ingredients together in a small bowl until the pecans are coated. Set aside.
Whisk the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar substitute, Greek yogurt, melted butter, vanilla extract, and maple extract until smooth.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then fold in the chopped pecans. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
