Instructions
Combine the almond flour, crushed sliced almonds, powdered allulose, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until evenly moistened.
Press the crust into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 20 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese and powdered allulose until smooth. Add the almond butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract, then beat until creamy.
Whip the cold heavy cream to firm peaks. Fold it into the almond butter filling until thick and airy.
Spread the filling over the chilled crust.
Stir the almond butter and melted coconut oil until glossy, then drizzle over the cheesecake. Sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds and flaky sea salt.
Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
