Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the melted butter and egg, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness, keeping it as even as possible for uniform crackers.
  4. Remove the top sheet of parchment and use a pizza cutter or pastry wheel to score the dough into 1-inch squares. You do not need to separate them, as they will break apart after baking.
  5. Transfer the bottom parchment with the scored dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the crackers feel firm to the touch.
  6. Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break them apart along the scored lines. They will be perfectly crisp and snappy.
