Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
Mix the peanut butter, powdered allulose, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and pliable like a soft dough.
Press the peanut butter mixture between two sheets of parchment into an 8x8 square. Freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
Whisk together the melted butter, melted chocolate, powdered allulose, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until glossy.
Fold in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt until a thick batter forms. Spread half into the prepared pan.
Carefully lay the firm peanut butter slab over the batter, then spread the remaining batter on top and smooth the surface.
Sprinkle with sugar free chocolate chips and bake for 25 to 28 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains fudgy.
Cool 30 minutes in the pan, then lift out and slice for clean, gooey layers.
