Ingredients

  • 3 cups Raw Whole Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried chives, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the ranch seasoning blend.
  • Toss the almonds with the melted butter in a large bowl until evenly coated. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning blend over the almonds and toss again until every nut is well covered.
  • Spread the seasoned almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the almonds are toasted, fragrant, and the coating looks dry.
  • Let the almonds cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become extra crunchy as they cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
