Preheat your oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, stir together the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried chives, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the ranch seasoning blend.
Toss the almonds with the melted butter in a large bowl until evenly coated. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning blend over the almonds and toss again until every nut is well covered.
Spread the seasoned almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the almonds are toasted, fragrant, and the coating looks dry.
Let the almonds cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become extra crunchy as they cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
