These low carb brownies are layered with caramel, nougat, and chocolate for a treat that rivals the classic candy bar. Keto friendly and totally irresistible.
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Whisk melted butter, melted chocolate, powdered allulose, eggs, and vanilla until glossy. Fold in almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then spread into the pan.
Bake the brownies for 22 to 25 minutes until set with a fudgy center. Cool completely.
Mix the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered allulose, vanilla, and coconut flour for the nougat until a smooth dough forms. Press evenly over the cooled brownies.
For the caramel, cook the butter and powdered allulose in a saucepan over medium heat for 4 minutes until amber. Whisk in heavy cream and simmer 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and let cool 10 minutes until thickened. Stir in the roasted peanuts and pour over the nougat layer.
Chill the pan for 30 minutes until the caramel is firm and set.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top, tilting to coat evenly. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chill another 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
