Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment.
Whisk the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, allulose, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, vanilla extract, and strawberry extract until smooth.
Stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in the diced strawberries. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
Bake for 30 to 36 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. Cool completely in the pan.
Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in the powdered allulose, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until fluffy.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
