Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries, roughly crushed
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each one, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared parchment paper. Using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon, spread it into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Immediately scatter the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, sliced almonds, and coconut flakes across the surface. Press the toppings very gently into the chocolate so they adhere. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  • Refrigerate the bark for at least 45 minutes until it is completely firm and snaps cleanly when broken.
  • Break the bark into irregular shards and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
