For the Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Allulose
  • 1/4 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted

For the Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Allulose
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Orange Zest
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream, Cold

For the Chocolate Ribbon

  • 3 oz Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered allulose, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the crust mixture is evenly moistened.
  • Press the crust into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill it while you prepare the filling.
  • Place the sugar free dark chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy.
  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered allulose, sour cream, orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange extract until creamy and light.
  • Whip the cold heavy cream to firm peaks, then fold it into the orange cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the filling into the crust and drizzle the chocolate ribbon over the top. Swirl gently with a spoon without overmixing.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving so the cheesecake becomes sliceable and silky.
